🌙 About the studio
Velora Dreams began in 2020 with one evening wedding on a rooftop and a stubborn belief that atmosphere matters more than aisle length. We're two planners, one lighting designer, one florist — and a habit of showing up at venues after dark to feel the room before we book it.
We work on four or five weddings a year. Not more. The evenings we design need our full attention, and a studio stretched thin can't provide that.
What we don't do: we don't operate a venue, we don't cater, we don't photograph. We work alongside your chosen vendors — we help find them, brief them, and keep everyone looking at the same sky.

❓ FAQ
Do you only do evening weddings?
Evenings are our focus, but we've designed plenty of late-afternoon ceremonies that turn into evening celebrations. The common thread is atmosphere — daylight isn't our strength.
How far in advance should we book?
For Moonlit or Starlight, 8–12 months is comfortable. Twilight (small evening celebrations) can be booked 3–5 months out.
Do you travel?
Yes, within a two-hour drive of the studio at no extra cost. Beyond that, we quote travel and one overnight per two days on site.
Can you work with vendors we've already chosen?
Always. Most couples come with at least one vendor already in mind. We work with them, not around them.
What if it rains?
We plan for it. Every evening design includes an indoor fallback that doesn't feel like a fallback — a covered option that carries the same atmosphere.
What's a typical budget?
We work with budgets from about $18,000 all-in for a small evening gathering, up to $150,000+ for destination weekends. Our studio fee is a separate line item, always in writing.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Three instalments is standard, and we can stretch to five for planning bookings.
How do I request a formal proposal?
